<p>Journal of Reproducible Research in Business Management (JRRBM) is an initiative of Faculty of Business Management, Brno University of Technology, Czech Republic with e-ISSN 2788-2578.</p> <p>We publish original research papers, meta-analysis works, scholarly literatures and systematic reviews that are reproducible. Reproducible research means that your work is published with datasets or algorithm codes so that others can verify the findings and build a new perspective or a concept. The original research manuscripts published in JRRBM are expected to bring new insights with new perspectives so that existing datasets are used widely before it gets obsolete.</p> <p><strong>Scope of Journal</strong></p> <p>JRRBM can be classified as premium business management journal. We intend to publish manuscripts pertaining to all fields of social sciences, STEM, arts which provides contribution to uplift. The submitted manuscripts has to include new and innovative experimental methods, primary researches, new interpretation of existing results or data related to clinical problems, or epidemiological work of substantial scientific significance. The motive is to build practical concepts rather performing basic or fundamental researches. Though JRRBM accepts all kinds of research works, but any incomplete studies or secondary researches are discouraged. Nevertheless, this shall be reviewed by our panel members (double-blind peer review process) before arriving to a decision. <p><em>The study aims primarily to develop a conceptual framework for Human Resource Management (HRM) practices in organization to reveal opposing aspects, which fundamentally influence hierarchical execution as efficiency. These elements were paid, preparation and improvement, cooperation, opening up of internal vocation, and execution. Curiously, the results of this study show that the dependent variable is determined to affect the hierarchical performance of SMEs using quantitative exploration and the connecting investigation methods and utilizing the State of Kuala Lumpur as an examining location. In the State of Kuala Lumpur, 250 irregular SME representatives, in </em><em>Malaysia, are selected </em><em>as respondents to a survey</em><em> questionnaire </em><em>in the collection of </em><em>primary data.
